What else could you possibly expect from Ministry Does Fitness – the new fitness band from Ministry Of Sound – other than banging tunes and getting beasted by some of the best trainers around? Led by amazing Alice, Melissa, Rory, Lion, Beefy and Laura, the workouts are functional circuits designed for different purposes – cardio, strength, core conditioning, endurance training etc. Expect sprinting on their skillmills, pushing and pulling the prowler on the track, practicing your pull ups on the rig, and lots of high fives.
They’ve recently added new classes to the schedule and I was lucky enough to be one of the first to try Niamh’s creation NERVE – a strength and mobility class that will leave you aching for days after. Niamh is a ball of energy and will leave you squirming for more!
The studio might be located behind the club and under the arches, but as much as it is raw, it is also nicely designed and decorated. They even do cocktails. That’s your perfect Friday night right there.
