45 minutes of sweat-dripping competition. Digme’s Ride is all about tracking and measuring progress and competition in the class, and less about cycling to the beat. The music certainly helps, but there’s only so much it can do to get you through a hill sprint doing 100 rpm on gear 20. Your stats are shown on the big screen at the front of the room, along with everyone else’s, and sent to you by email after the gruelling workout. It’s a toughie but still attracts beginner to advanced cyclists.



3 rounds of TRX, bodyweight and skillmill intervals with surprise super sets in between for maximum sweat. The skillmills are a killer – whatever setting they are on – and are ankle/knee friendly as they are much lower impact than treadmills.

Classes: Ride (45 minutes all locations, 75 minute version available on weekends at Richmond and Mondays at Moorgate) and Matrix (Oxford and Blackfriars studio only)

Price: Available on Classpass / £20 for a single class

Amenities: Fully equipped changing rooms, Dyson hairdryers, Cowshed toiletries and plenty of lockers and showers. Cycling cleats provided.
