Heartcore has 9 studios across London, offering TRX, reformer pilates, barre and most recently, yoga and spinning. The studios are beautifully designed, especially the St. John’s Wood studio below:
One of the best TRX classes in London, in line with Mark’s TRX Annihilator at ETHOS. This is a 55 minute class that will work your core to the ground. There are few breaks and lots of bodyweight cardio exercises between moves on the TRX, so it can get quite sweaty. Head of TRX Gok and Rodrigo’s classes are particularly tough if you’re up for a challenge!
A cycling-to-the-beat class but with specific rpm targets. I went when it first launched so I felt like they were still finding their feet in terms of the workout. It’s only available at the Notting Hill 2 studio, which also offers yoga.
Sweat index: 7-8 for TRXCore and 6 for Ride (spinning)
