I think the name undersells the workout. It’s not just a gym class – it’s pretty fucking tough! This is one of my favourite workouts – lots of burpees, plyometric moves and not much rest. Think lots of bodyweight, strength and cardio exercises, paired with the ski erg and rig. Think AMRAP circuits with 5 different burpee variations followed by 180 squat jumps + tuck jumps. Then paired with some EMOM, and finishing with a GymClass finisher that will leave you gasping for air. I promise trainers Luke, Rich and Emily will put you through your paces if you’re up for a sweaty one.
The original studio in Holland Park is smaller than their new studio in the City (conveniently located at Gun Street), which has two floors and larger changing rooms.
