Kula’s a newly renovated hot yoga studio on St John’s Hill that has a lot to offer. Apart from the classic Bikram yoga class, they also offer warm vinyasa and dynamic classes. They’ve also just launched Kula Sculpt, which combines yoga and free weights – definitely one to try.
The studio’s very airy and bright – which makes a lot of difference when you reach a point in the class where you just want out from the 42°c heat. There’s a sense of community at this studio which some larger chains may lack. If you live in the neighbourhood, definitely give it a try!
