Third Space is the true definition of luxury fitness. It’s a gym junkie’s playground – it has all the latest equipment, plenty of classes, boxing rings, climbing walls and beautiful pools and changing rooms. The Canary Wharf gym even has a basketball court right in the middle of it!
If you’re up for a challenge, Soho boasts a hypoxic chamber, designed for altitude training. One 15 minute high-intensity hypoxic session is the equivalent of a one-hour workout at sea-level.
They have a huge range of classes – from athletic and rig training, to boxing, to strength, to dance, to mind and body. Detailed class and instructor reviews coming soon – there are too many for this post!
They also organise many outdoor/taster events on eventbrite and are regulars at London’s many fitness festivals – so keep an eye out for those.

Price: £169 per month gives you access to all four clubs in London – pricey but it’s worth it. The joining fee is £50 and gets you a range of different discounts, tasters and freebies. If not, get networking to get a guest pass from an existing member.
Amenities: Lockers, toiletries, straighteners, iron and towels provided (Marylebone has toothbrushes and Tower Bridge has razors). NFF cafe and food available for purchase. While you’re at it, marvel at the size of the changing rooms at Canary Wharf, and the decor and lighting at Tower Bridge.
