Small group and personal training between Putney Bridge and Parson’s Green. Small classes mean there’s no hiding, so you’ll be worked to the ground. Sculpt was a good resistance based workout with kettlebells, TRX, dumbbells and bodyweight exercises, and some cardio on the side. You will be working with your team of 2-4 people through 6-10 stations, so get cheering!
