Psycle has a strong following for a reason – it’s the pinnacle of spinning to the beat studios in London. High energy tracks and choreography, cheery instructors and lots of positive vibes. Due to the nature of the studio and workout, there are no monitors, so you might want to try elsewhere if you’re looking for a competitive, stats-driven workout. You can scale the difficulty up or down with the resistance, and while some might not find it challenging, the positive energy and tunes will still have you leaving the studio with an endorphin high like no other.
Their new Shoreditch studio doesn’t just offer spin, but also HIIT (think TRX, bodyweight and kettlebell drills), yoga and barre. Personally I didn’t think the studio was designed for HIIT (it’s long, narrow and didn’t have much ventilation), but it was good considering the lack of space.
Remember to book early – classes are available to book every Monday and Wednesday lunch time, and spots go very quickly.
