The workout is unoriginal – it’s a replica of what you would get at Barry’s Bootcamp and 1Rebel’s Reshape, except there are no Woodway treadmills to be seen here. They have FreeMotion treadmills that allow you to run on a decline and have set speed buttons so you don’t have to scramble to increase your speed and lose time from your sprint intervals. They also have an instructor cam on the walls so you can see the demos even if you’re in the far corner of the studio. Fancy add-ons aside, I’m still loyal to Barry’s as I prefer their style of teaching and level of intensity, although this is more affordable and is available on Classpass.
No monitors here, just spinning to the beat of the music. Expect lots of tap backs and holds. The studio can get pretty humid and steamy.
