A unique personal training studio offering 30 minute group classes, perfect for a lunchtime quickie. It’s a quick and dirty one on the skillmills, TRX and other equipment. Every trainer does their own interpretation of the classes so you won’t get the same workout twice.

Given the focus on personal and small group training, the trainers are able to scale the level of difficulty up and down depending on the fitness levels of the class. Lots of focus on technique.

 

Sweat index: 6-10, depending on the trainer and workout

Classes: 30 minute classes – Skillmill 3D, Full Body Conditioning + Skillmill, 30:30 Full Body Tone, Upper Body Blast, Lower Body Strength, Cardio Lean 30. The Tower Bridge studio offers boxing and TRX classes too.

Price: A little bird told me that you could get a trial for free if you ask politely, otherwise it’s £25 per class. Available on Classpass.

Amenities: Towels, toiletries, hair driers and straighteners provided. Bring your own padlock for the lockers, or leave your bag with reception.
