If the thought of a 45 minute rowing-only workout is daunting/boring to you, look no further. Row House is far from monotonous or unachievable. Suitable for all levels, their classes focus on proper technique to make sure all the muscles in the body are engaged. The intervals focus on split times, stroke rates and distance. With so many circuit classes and studios integrating rowers and ski ergs into the workouts, Row House is the best place to get your technique on point to prevent injuries and work the right muscles.
We did some bodyweight drills on the floor as a breather between intervals for RH Full Body. The drills could be tougher and I felt that I could step up with the intensity on the rower more next time as I paid more attention to my form this time, but the workout was all in all a good one.
