They’re a young and boutique studio that have just opened their second location in Central, tucked away by some picturesque stairs. The studio is the epitome of zen as it is beautifully decorated and hidden by old trees.
Minnie taught a dynamic aerial yoga class – not so much a flow than it was strengthening postures, inversions and flips that made it extra challenging. Needless to say after an hour I was drenched and ready for my shavasana. She was able to teach in both English and Cantonese for expats and locals alike.
Booking is done online, although you pay in cash in person.
My only criticism would be the lack of sound proofing (we could hear the screams of children at lunchtime from the school behind the studio) and privacy from the shop front (I thought they had one way privacy films but as I hung upside down from the hammock I noticed a few weird looks from passers-by).
