TORQ boasts two rooms for spinning and circuits/mobility. They offer pure play spinning, circuit and mobility classes, as well as mix and match classes for the best of both worlds.
I tried their Switch (circuit) class, it was a simple circuit class with 7 stations, repeated 3 times. What stood out was the long intervals – 75 secs – so you’ll really feel the burn. The small class size meant that the trainer could make adjustments to make sure everyone was working as hard as they could.
The studio is adorned with photo ops; the mirrors and walls were all designed for Instagram. Their changing rooms are spacious and well equipped.
In all honesty, I felt that the ambience could have been better. As a new customer I wasn’t introduced to the studio and what it offered, and the workout itself wasn’t very inspiring.
